Ustadh Ahmed Wajid

Ustadh Ahmed Wajid was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in India, he then moved to US to continue his education and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering. He currently works as an Engineering lead in the Telecom Industry.

He started his education in the sacred Islamic sciences at the Taqwa Seminary in 2014 under the guidance of Shaykh Khalil Abdur-Rashid and Shaykh Mokhtar Maghraoui. He graduated from the inaugural class of the Marifa program in 2021, under the mentorship of Shaykh Arsalan Haque and Imam Abdul Rahman Bashir. Also, graduated from the comprehensive Arabic program in 2022, studying under Shaykh Fahad Alghamdi and Ustadh Ibrahim Ali.

He resides in Plano with his wife and 2 kids and currently is an instructor in the Rufqa program and a Teaching Assistant in the Marifa program at the Taqwa Seminary.
