elementor-size-default\">Ustadha Maryam Qazi<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b76708c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b76708c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>\nMaryam Qazi is a passionate Arabic Studies educator with expertise in classical and modern Arabic, academic research, and over a decade of teaching experience across K-12 and collegiate levels. She holds a Master of Arts in Islamic Texts with a concentration in Islamic Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Islamic Studies with a minor in Arabic from Zaytuna College. \n\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nRaised in Syria, Maryam studied under traditional scholars at Ma\u02bfhad al-Fat\u1e25 al-Isl\u0101m\u012b, where she developed fluency in Classical and Modern Standard Arabic. She wrote both her undergraduate and graduate theses in Arabic, exploring the Qur\u2019anic concept of human nature (fi\u1e6drah) through classical tafs\u012br and \u1e25ad\u012bth literature in her BA, and analyzing the application of a foundational legal maxim in Islamic jurisprudence through linguistic and logical methodologies in her MA.\n\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nMaryam has taught Arabic, Qur\u2019an, tajw\u012bd, fiqh, akhlaq, and theology to students ranging from young children to college-level learners through her work with the Rahmah Foundation, Deen Sprout Academy, and as an Arabic Teacher Assistant at Zaytuna College. Her academic interests include Arabic linguistics, u\u1e63\u016bl al-na\u1e25w, u\u1e63\u016bl al-fiqh, qaw\u0101\u02bfid fiqhiyyah, logic, and theology.
