APPLIED LEGAL THEORY & COMPARATIVE FIQH (USL 301)

Course Description

In this course students will perform comparative studies between the major schools of Fiqh on selected topics, developing an appreciation for the causes of disagreement among jurists, as well as applying the principles of Islamic jurisprudence learned in previous courses.
