Financial aid scholarships are offered to families who demonstrate need. If you are in need of an Education Scholarship for your child:

1) Download Application: Please download & fill out the Scholarship Application form below entirely.

2) Tax Returns: Send a copy of your most recent Tax Returns and email to scholarship@planomasjid.org

After emailing the Scholarship Application and Tax Returns, you will be directly contacted by the Scholarship Committee. Jazakallah.
